Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Whip hot water, sugar, instant coffee, and pumpkin pie spice together with a mixer or by hand until mixture is light and has thick to soft peaks. Mix milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a separate bowl until well combined. Pour milk mixture into a serving glass and spoon coffee mixture on top.

Ingredients for Whipped Coffee:
2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tbsp Hot Water

Ingredients for Pumpkin Milk:
1 cup Milk (or non-dairy alternative)
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Sugar (optional)

Pro Tip: Pumpkin puree can be refrigerated in a mason jar and used up to 5 days after opening.
