Spicy Black Bean Salad

In a medium sized bowl, pour the dressing over the beans. Add the mango, grilled onion and cilantro to the beans and mix to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

• 2 cups frozen corn kernels
• 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans drained and rinsed
• 2 medium roma tomatoes diced
• 1 medium red bell pepper diced
• 1 large avocado diced
• 1/2 small red onion minced
• 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
