If you want to make your smoothies really healthy, use only 100% real juice not from concentrate the juices in this video are between 10% and 15% and are really bad. I've had them in my home for such a long tim e(this video took 3 months to make) and that is why I'm trying to use up the juices. If you don't want the extra sugars juices in general have, try water, almond milk. or coconut water.
