Skinny Pumpkin Spiceced Coffee

How to make pumpkin spice coffee while your espresso or coffee is brewing, in a small saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. The longer you simmer it, the stronger the pumpkin spice flavor will be. When you’re ready, pour in your coffee (or espresso) then whisk for a minute or two until foamy.

Who doesn't love a hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning? Since it's fall and everything is pumpkin flavored, I figured it would be a perfect time to share my favorite Skinny Pumpkin Spiced Latte recipe. I make mine with unsweetened almond milk, but you can use whatever milk you prefer. I love how this is so delicious and only a fraction of the calories of what a normal PSL drink at Starbucks would be. Definite win!
