• 1 kg Leek / 6-7 Piece
• 1 Carrot
• 1 Egg
• 2 tablespoons Flour
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt


• Wash the leeks with water and vinegar. Chopped in processor or halved and slice thinly.
• Chopped the carrot in processor or grate.
• Mix the egg, salt and flour.
• Add leeks and carrots to mixture.
• Heat olive oil for frying in a large nonstick skillet over a low heat.
• Put all the mixture to pan and make a thin layer. Closed the lid.
• Reverse the other side with the help of lid, and cook each side.

• Depending on the thickness of the average one side 15, the other side is cooked in 10 minutes.
