Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles

Add butter and sesame oil to a saucepan, then add garlic once butter melts. Sauté on low heat for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add add soy sauce, brown sugar and reserved ramen water.

🔴Sesame Garlic Ginger Ramen Noodles

2 teaspoon (8 g) sesame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
2 teaspoons (7 g) fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoon (8 g) brown sugar
2 teaspoons (8 g) Sriracha
¼ cup (60 g) soy sauce (low sodium)
6 oz ramen noodles
Green onions and toasted sesame seed for garnish optional

In a large saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally careful not to burn it. Turn off heat and whisk in brown sugar, Sriracha and soy sauce. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain the ramen noodles. Add in noodles and toss with the sauce. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
