Raspberry White Chocolate Scones

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate mixer. Add in the cold butter until this mixture resembles a coarse meal. Transfer to a large bowl and toss in the white chocolate.

Raspberry white chocolate scones don’t sound like something I’d order in a bakery. But if the baker explained that it wasn’t going to be too sweet, and that the raspberries had been freshly dried, and the white chocolate grated and used like butter, then yes, I would order this scone. Enjoy!
