Recipe (Feeds 4)
• 4 Boneless Pork Chops
• 3 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
• 1 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano
• 1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
• 2 Eggs
• Vegetable Oil
• Salt/Pepper

1. Season both sides of your pork with salt and pepper
2. Mix parmigiano reggiano, poultry seasoning and breadcrumbs together. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dip pork into egg batter and coat entirely, let any excess drip off and place into breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place fully breaded pork into hot vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes each side, let rest for 5 minutes and ENJOY!
