It was a cold day in my RV so I decided to make some old fashioned hamburger stew, sometimes called poor man's stew. I didn't have every ingredient I normally use so I improvised a bit. It turned out really good! In this video, I show you exactly how it's made.

1 cup chopped onions
1.5 tsp dry mustard
.5 tsp oregano
1.5 tsp salt (or 1.5 tsp garlic salt)
4 cloves garlic (omit if you use garlic salt)
2.5 tablespoons of flour
1 quart of water
4 teaspoons of "better than bouillon" (or 5 beef bouillon cubes)
1 cup potatoes cut into bite-size
1.5 to 2 cups of mixed vegetables
14.5 oz can of tomatoes
