Ingredients 1 lb ziti pasta 1 onion chopped 1 lb lean ground beef or italian sausage 2 26 oz jars spaghetti sauce 6 oz provolone cheese slices 1 1/2 cup sour cream 6 oz mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 large head of cauliflower, (about 3 cups) cut into florets, blanched, and drained well Begin by boiling the pasta and cooking until your desired level of firmness.
