Mint Mojito Coffeece Cream

Mint mojito coffee ice cream recipe. 10 fresh mint leaves torn 2 tablespoons heavy cream fresh mint sprigs to garnish instructions add cold brew, water, simple syrup, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add heavy cream and a handful of ice.

3 pieces mint (stems and leaves)
Splash of Half n Half (or cream)
1 tablespoon BROWN sugar
2/3 cup milk
Ice (enough to fill half the glass)

1) Muddle 2 pieces of mint and brown sugar together.
2) Brew espresso over mint and sugar.
3) Pour through a strainer over ice in another glass.
4) Add milk and cream. (Pour directly onto ice cubes for aesthetic layering effect)
5) Garnish with mint and enjoy!
