Lobster Bisque From Scratch

Ingredients 4 cups seafood stock 4 whole lobster tails 5 sticks salted butter ½ medium white onion, diced 2 medium (blank)s carrots, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup cream sherry ¾ cup uncooked white rice 1 bay leaf 4 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh. 1 pound cooked and cubed lobster meat ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper add ingredients to shopping list directions step 1 in a small frying pan place 1/4 cup chicken broth and the onion. Cook over a low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

1 tbsp lobster base
3-4 cloves mined garlic
3 tbsps all purpose flour
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups homemade lobster stock (or chicken broth/seafood broth)
1 cup heavy cream
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional)
