Lemon Blueberry Blondie Bars

Line a 9×13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the blondies comes out clean. To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, half and half, and lemon zest.

For the base..
215g unsalted butter, softened
180g granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 yolk
60ml fresh lemon juice ( about 1.5 lemons) 300g plain flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
zest from 1 lemon
130g blueberries

for the glaze
250g icing sugar
5-6 tbsp lemon juice ( about 2 lemons ) tin size 8x8''. Baking 170c/150c ( fan oven ) 30 mints or until the top is crisp and light golden brown
