Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees with a rack in the lower third. Grease or spray the top surface of the pan with nonstick spray and line the cups with paper liners. In the top of a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water, melt 1 1/4 cups of the chocolate chips with the butter, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes, bake at home! Simple, Quick and Healthy!

Here’s what you’ll need (Ingredients) :
Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix (We can make the mix at home, will post a separate video for the same)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Egg

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed.
Add brownie mix and stir until well blended
Add Cupcake Liners to the cupcake pan and spray cooking oil on liners
Fill 3/4th of cupcake liners with cupcake mix
Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven for about ~25 Mins
Test the doneness of cupcakes by inserting a wooden toothpick, If the toothpick is clean when you remove it, the cupcakes are done !
Frost and Decorate Cupcake as per your creativity!
