Easyndian Style Pumpkin Curry

Heat two teaspoons of cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Ingredients 2 cups cubed pumpkin 1 big onion 1 tbsp oil ½ tsp cumin seeds ¼ tsp fennel seeds ¼ tsp methi seeds 2 pinches asafoetida 1 green chili 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp coriander. Add the chopped onion together with the bay leaves, the cinnamon, the cloves the cumin, the coriander and the turmeric powder.

Drumsticks 3 to 4(cut into pieces and boil)
Pavta 1 cup(soak whole night and the boiled)
1 onion
1 Tomato
2 tbsp dry coconut
1/2tsp jeera seeds
1/2tsp coriender seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
2 green chillies cut
Fresh coriender leave
Oil
Water
Salt as per taste.
1.Boiled Beans and Drumsticks separately and keep aside.
2.Dry roast coconut, jeera and and dhaniya. Grind them by add lasan. (Garlic).
3.Heat oil in a pan add onion fry it tell pinkish colour. Then add tomatoes till tomato gets soft.
4.Add red chilli powder, haldi and the grinded masala mix everything well.
5.Once all masala gets saute add boiled beans and Drumsticks,green chilli,fresh coriender leave mix well. Cook for about 5 mins and serve.
6.Pavta and Drumsticks curry is ready to serve.
Serve it hot with hot rice.
