Easy Gluten Free Meatloaf

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if necessary)
1/4 cup ketchup, plus 2 Tablespoons
1/4 cup onions, finely minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Place ingredients in a mixing bowl except the 2 Tablespoons of ketchup.
Mix together using your hands until well mixed.
Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape or place on a baking sheet.
Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the loaf.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until meatloaf is cooked through and no longer pink.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
