Breakfast Stuffed Bell Peppers

Slice the tops off of the bell pepper and set aside. Using a knife, cut out all of the seeds from inside the pepper and remove them. Dice the tops of the pepper and set aside.

Perfect for a delicious and quick breakfast or brunch! INGREDIENTS
3 Bell peppers
6 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
1 Onion
50g (3 tbsp) Baked ham
 
METHOD

Cut the peppers and put two eggs in each pepper. Add salt and pepper and whisk the eggs. Add chopped onion and baked ham.
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
