Blt Mac And Cheese

Ingredients 1 pound elbow macaroni 1/4 cup land o lakes® salted butter half stick 1 1/2 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese or half cheddar and half pepper jack 12 ounces cooked crumbled bacon 2 large tomatoes diced 1 head butter lettuce. This baked mac and cheese combines cheesy macaroni with bacon and tomatoes, and then is served with a simple romaine salad. As bacon cooks, grate cheddar and parmesan cheeses.

This was definitely a match more magical than Ron and Hermoine...well maybe just as magical. With my sister here to help me, this episode is one you can't miss, and certainly one you have to try, one that is going to breathe new life into your regular Thanksgiving Mac and Cheese! Ingredients: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 1/2 c. macaroni noodles
1 1/2 c. Italian blend cheese
1 egg
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. of milk
1/4 c. flour
2 Roma tomatoes
1 big handful of fresh spinach
2-3 strips of bacon (but the more the merrier :)

Mix the macaroni, the egg, and the Italian blend cheese in an oven safe dish. In a separate pot mix the flour, milk, and cream of chicken soup being careful not to let the flour get clumpy, and let that go for 5-10 minutes over the stove. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, chop the spinach, and tear the bacon and add everything including the white sauce to the dish. Put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes, and enjoy!
