Bacon Wrapped Chicken Dogs

Preheat the oven the to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Cut shallow, diagonal slits into each hot.

This future summer classic started out as a quest to create a perfect chicken burger, but after a couple failed attempts, I switched buns midstream, and it all came together. Well, technically, it all came together after I wrapped it in bacon, but still. Enjoy!
