Season chkn thighs:
1c Soy sauce
1c Rice wine vinegar
1c Chicken broth
1.5c White sugar
1/2c Brown sugar
1 8oz jar Sambol chili paste
1c Green onions
1Tbsp Sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Minced ginger
1-2 Arbol red chilies
Once sauce is boiling, thicken sauce by adding 1/4c cold water with 1 tbsp of cornstarch stirred in it.
Pour this sauce all over your seared chicken thighs and bake in a 400 degree oven and bake 25-30mins. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of chicken once done.
