Apple Cider Oatmeal Bread

Combine oats, brown sugar, butter, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl. Boil apple cider and add to oat mixture above, stir well. Cool to lukewarm then add yeast.

Made this for my weekend breakfast on the the fly and decided to share. Less sugar-- more apple and are the keys to this IMHO healthier bread choice. Easy to make and delish. Definitely budget friendly too! Enjoy!
