In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Step 4 add the eggs to the chocolate mixture. Step 5 add the flour and mix through.

-after I baked it, i usually remove it from the ramekins immediately to prevent further cooking (so coat it properly with butter and cocoa powder)
-then let it sit in the plate first for 5 min before digging in! So that it will be not super duper gooey..
-The lava also depends on the quality of the chocolate you used.. so far using the hershey’s semi sweet chocolate chips makes my molten lava smooth..

Sharing you another great AIR FRYER DESSERT RECIPE!
This MOLTEN CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE is so easy and quick to make in the air fryer! I can't even count guys how many lava cakes i made just to achieve the right amount of sweetness, the right consistency and the right amount of time i needed to perfectly cook this lava cake in the air fryer! and after a lot of experimenting and making it now a lot of times.. I can say that anyone can really make this easily without fail!

I made this recipe good for two 6oz ramekins because sometimes you just wanna make a small amount and just to satisfy your cravings!

This can be also done in an oven but with a different settings.. i tried it on the same setting but the cake is still not done yet.. If your using an oven bake it @ 220 degrees celcius for 8 min

-1/2 cup chocolate chips (90 g chocolate if you are using chocolate bars)
-1/4 cup unsalted butter (52g)
-1 tbsp sugar (15g)
-1/8 tsp salt
-2 eggs (i used small to medium sized eggs around 45g each if you’re using a scale)
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-2 tbsp all-purpose flour (14g)
